As a result of Boris Johnson’s efforts, the U.K. Parliament will be suspended in September. Prorogation being enforced nine weeks before the scheduled Brexit deadline would reduce the time that the anti no-deal Brexit coalition have to pass laws that would support a delay in the exit from the EU.
